Lasers can be used for:

  • Managing the gum tissue during a crown or filling procedure

  • Treatment of an apathous ulcer, commonly known as a “canker sore”

  • Uncovering a dental implant

  • Cleaning around the teeth to aid in to periodontal health, referred to as sulcular debridement

  • Removing oral pathology such as a fibroma, mucocele or papilloma

  • Frenectomies (removing the small piece of tissue usually found by the front teeth on the top or the bottom, traditionally done with a scalpel)
